Company Limited was established on 20 March 1998.)

JPARK launched its first parking service business (PS) in Sam Yan Fresh Market area, including the commercial area of Suan Luang – Sam Yan that is still in service.

The company has entered the parking management service business (PMS), starting from the parking spaces in the mass transit projects. Chaloem Ratchamongkhon Line (Blue Line) and is still in service today.

JPARK forayed into the business of consulting and installation of parking systems (CIPS). The first project was the procurement and installation of intelligent parking management systems at the 3-story park and ride building at Kor Por Aor Station (N23) as well as the 6-story park and ride building at Khu Khot Station (N24) of the MRTA.
